I joined the Army National Guard at 17, serving 9 years part-time as a Military Police Sergeant while working full-time as a State Corrections Sergeant and County Detention Deputy.

Leading teams in high-stakes environments taught me the importance of clear direction, accountability, and strong leadership. After transitioning to the business world, I applied these lessons. I became the top sales producer, and as a sales leader helped companies grow rapidly, including taking a remodeling business from $9MM to $20MM in just one year! I also built my own energy-efficient remodeling company during the 2008 recession, quickly growing it to $2MM in sales in less than a year before selling it two years later for a healthy profit.
