I joined the Army National Guard at 17, serving 9 years part-time as a Military Police Sergeant while working full-time as a State Corrections Sergeant and County Detention Deputy.
Leading teams in high-stakes environments taught me the importance of clear direction, accountability, and strong leadership. After transitioning to the business world, I applied these lessons.
